Social, Content & Consultancy

Isaac Who is a boutique film production company that creates showreels, corporate videos and original productions. Having a reduced capacity in 2020 due to the pandemic and the nature of their face-to-face work, they wanted to re-engage their audience at the end of 2020. Their key focuses were to grow their social media reach, organic search traffic and leads through the website. In 2022 they sought to expand further after the launch of their boutique film studio.

Challenges

Engaging with audiences on social media during the pandemic Creating relevant content for different audience types under one brand

Suggested Solutions

Designing, writing and posting engaging and educational content on Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin Creating blog posts every month On-page & off-page optimisations

Implementation

Focusing on three different sectors; showreels, corporate and original productions; I created content pillars focusing on the most important of these target audiences. The content pillars informed the content marketing, SEO and social streams. Facebook and Instagram posts focused on showreels and self-tapes, while Linkedin has a more corporate and film production focus. By splitting these areas, the right messaging goes to the right audience. The content for blogs followed the same pattern by focusing on questions most often searched for by our ideal clients.

By providing as much information as possible on the site, potential clients were able to determine whether Isaac Who offered the right service for them and they could reach out through various points of contact.

Results

Over the first six months, we have created a wide range of content on the website and social media that has expanded Isaac Who’s brand reach. We continued working together throughout the next few years, conducting the comms strategy for events and sales including the launch of their new boutique studio.

Thanks so much for all of this Lorna! You’ve been amazing for us.
